We’re Getting There

Lisa Nargi was Christian’s model on his season of Project Runway, walked in his finale show, and appeared in his Elle spread. So of course when he was compiling his favorite models for his forthcoming book, we had to do a shoot with Lisa!

Today I was on my way into Manhattan and I waited at the Bedford station of the L as seven trains passed by with not enough room for more than one or two people to squeeze on. In fact, someone tried their hardest to get on the fifth or so, and people on the car pushed him back off! So rather than start the day on that note, I came back home and started to put together some furniture. We got two giant shelving units that needed assembling, and a secondhand store today delivered a large expandable plank and nine foot gold mirror that we bought on the weekend. I nailed the plank to some old Ikea supports and now we have a huge nice weathered computer table. Innovation! We are so smrt. Then I did some work, had some business calls, looked into stuff for Christian’s post-show party, and washed the puppy’s little cushy house because lately he’s taken to dragging his ass.

Yeah, usually if you freeze pumpkin from a can and feed little portions to Topper, it should go away. I think it has more to do with the intestines and exit, than worms -_-;

Oh no, poor puppy. Ass dragging is never good news. Time to take the baby to the vet to get that checked out. He is the cutest pup I’ve ever seen, by the way..except my own of course.

Hey, Brad ~ Kevin Devine does a great acoustic cover of ‘joey’ during some of his live sets … he lives in Brooklyn as well, you should catch one of his sets sometime. Really cool singer/songwriter.

by “lately” i meant that one morning, and he hasn’t done it since. i don’t think he’s got worms, he takes his no-worm pills regularly. and steven – i almost went on that trip but there are no direct flights there from ny so… i didn’t go.
