Sweet Troubled Soul

Last time I photographed Kit Williamson, he was on Broadway with Liev Schreiber. This time around he’s preparing for a new role, one which requires him to shave his head for the first time in his life. We decided to document the before, during, and after; ended up with some really amazing photos; and then he and I went and saw Stellastarr* preview their new album for a friends-only crowd. It was a pretty killer evening.

My mom arrives tomorrow afternoon for a few days to attend Christian’s show and because she loves me and I am a lot of fun to be around. If only you were my friend you would know how much fun I am. Will you be my friend? My mom says I’m special.

I’ve been a very silent reader of your blog for quite a while, and you sure seem to be a fun person to be around. There’s something about your writing that makes me happy. Thanks.

I photographed Kit this past August, unfortunately the studios’ lighting equipment sucked ass.
