Off the track - but that's my thought process -- the neighbor claiming to see cats in your windows - reminds me of my first apartment 1000 years ago. A high school friend and I had an apartment -- Our neighbor across the way screamed at us as we were leaving for work one morning -that if we ever played that music as loud as we played it - she would have us thrown out. We panicked - because we were too poor to own even a radio - let alone a TV or "record player" nor had we even been home. We thought she was crazy but scared we might be thrown out. That night when we were walking home from work - about a block away - we heard this HORRIBLE noise and as we got closer we were horrified to find that it was coming from our apartment! --Turns out - her boyfriend at the time was coming in when we were home with a guitar and big speakers and playing guitar (which he could not do very well) --

Yea, that pretty much sucks about the neighbor. Our neighbors try that stuff, too! At least you get to get away for a little while! :)
