I was recounting last night’s movie to Trent and came up with so much that I figured I might as well turn it into a real review. Here is the draft. A shorter version with some fix-ups is going to be shopped around.

New York-based musician and photographer Brad Walsh is currently in the studio recording his third full-length album.
MUSIC – Singer/songwriter & DJ Brad Walsh's music has garnered glowing praise from many influential talent spotters, including Perez Hilton, who says: “One of our favorite new artists is the incredibly talented Brad Walsh, whose music has the pulsing vitality that Madonna's early work possessed” and “Brad Walsh is one of our favorite electro rockers... we are proud to say that we were one of the first to feature his music.” DJ trio and style icons The Misshapes recommended Brad’s song “Do It in the Street” as one of their favorite songs in OK! magazine, and Seattle’s The Stranger reviewed it as “fantastically dirty.” Sarah Lewitinn (“Ultragrrrl”), credited for early discovery and championing of My Chemical Romance and The Killers, says Brad is “a uniquely delightful and sexy performer … like a gay electropop Justin Timberlake.”
Brad's 2008 remix of Britney Spears' "Womanizer" was downloaded over 2.5 million times from his website, with music blogger ArjanWrites calling Brad "a chameleon extraordinaire who has his finger tight on the pulse of what's hot and happening ... with Brad on her side, Britney Spears pumps up her street cred." Brad's remix of Ashlee Simpson’s “Outta My Head” was also lauded by dance listeners, with the Houston Press stating: “As remixed by Brooklyn electro ‘it boy’ Brad Walsh, 'Outta My Head' is a pumping club-hit-in-the-making.”
Brad also composes and produces the runway music for each of boyfriend Christian Siriano’s fashion shows at New York fashion week, including Project Runway’s “Control Me” for Fall 2008, "Pop" (featuring Stellastarr guitarist Michael Jurin) for Spring 2009, and “Untitled” for Fall 2009.
PHOTOGRAPHY – Brad has been likened to a “modern-day St. Patrick” by the The Village Voice, with enough influence to “single-handedly driv[e] the scenesters south of Broadway.” But not satisfied simply to make music, host and DJ infamously raucous downtown parties like Misshapes and Ruff Club, Brad is also an accomplished photographer. Once an acclaimed party photographer known for his “bright, glossy pictures documenting youth and excess” (Village Voice), he now photographs portrait, fashion, editorial, and commercial shoots. Several of his nightlife portraits were purchased by GenArt to travel around the country as a gallery tour called “Capture the Night,” a promotional partnership with Acura; and he was asked along with many stars of film and photo to contribute an original image to the Danger: Global Warming Project.
Brad’s photographic work has also appeared in the pages of and on websites for OK!, Women's Wear Daily, Time, Nylon, Blackbook, MTV, Time Out, NY Daily News, The New York Post, Page Six Magazine, Teen Vogue, Spin, Urb, Seventeen, NME, and many more. His first gallery show in New York last March was covered by The Observer, Nylon, and Fashion Week Daily. Christian Siriano's debut book Fierce Style (Hachette Book Group, 2009) will exclusively feature photographs by Brad Walsh.
In January 2009 Brad served as a judge for the Supima Competition for Emerging Designers. In November 2008 Brad served as a special guest judge for the Miss Maine USA and Miss Maine Teen USA pageants, the winners of which went on to Miss USA, Donald Trump's pageant empire resulting in the crowning of Miss Universe.

OOooh…I was just about to comment on the previous post to ask about the movie.
Kinda disappointed at your review cos her role in Dancer In The Dark was great. But then again, it kinda was expected if you look at the damn trailer…WTF?!?
remember how she vowed after dancer in the dark to never act in a movie again? i think she only did this because it was closer to art than cinema. she didn’t really have a ‘role’ in this. it’s hard to explain.
she did it cos of “HIM”…
